What happens after you apply
We read it
Every application gets read by a person who could actually be your manager — not scanned by software.
A short call
Fifteen minutes to hear your story and tell you the salary band before you invest an afternoon in us.
Sit with the team
One conversation with the founder and the person you'd work beside. A small task for some roles — never a trick question.
Offer on paper
Role, pay, timings and your first-week plan, written down. You start knowing exactly what you signed up for.

A normal Tuesday here
Morning huddle at 9:40 — dispatches on the whiteboard, problems said out loud, no slides. New joiners sit within earshot of the founder for their first month, because that's the fastest school we know. Chai arrives at 4:30. By 6:30 the floor is quiet, and we like it that way.
Fair questions
Do I need experience?
For accounts, some. For support and operations we care more about how you think and how you write — we've trained freshers who now run their own desks.
What does the interview feel like?
One phone call, then a sit-down with the founder and your would-be teammate. No group discussions, no riddles, no fourth round.
How is salary decided?
You hear the band for the role in the first call, before you've spent an afternoon on us. Increments are reviewed twice a year, in writing.
Can I apply for two roles?
Mention both in one message. We'd rather place you right than place you fast.
